Christmas Quilts for the Grandkids

In mid-summer 2017, Judi and I started working on twin-size quilts for our grandchildren. Here they are.

This is Judah’s. We turned a panel into a strippie quilt and used a coordinating fabric for the border.

This is Abel’s. The panel came with three strips to use as hangers. We worked those into the sky section above the panel.

This is Josephine’s. We added to the six panels other fabric from our stash and put borders around the whole thing.

This is Oliver’s. This quilt took longer to make because of the piecing around each of the fifteen blocks.

Here is Stella’s. This was fun to design. The border is a coordinating fabric with the panels. We purchased other fabric specifically for this quilt.

Miles was sure he could take a handful of cookies to bed with him with this quilt.
